The Pentagon Child Development Center (PCDC) closed in December 2004. A permanent joint Pentagon/Ft. Myer Child Development Center (CDC) will be established and in operation late 2007. In the interim, Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) and Ft Myer have established a temporary CDC at Ft. Myer. The Ft. Myer CDC program will accommodate families who work at the Pentagon, Ft. Myer, and Ft. McNair.

Infants 6 weeks to 5 years old can be placed on a waiting list in the Ft. Myer Child Development Center Program.
