which Middle School your child will attend. If you would
like your child to attend a school out of their district you must
request in writing to the school board and provide transportation to
and from school.

Prior to tentry into the 7th grade for the school year, a second dose
of the Measles Vaccine, Tetanus-Diphtheria Booster, and completion of
the Hepatitis B seris (3 does required) must be completed.
Students living one or more miles from school are provided with school
transportation. Special wheelchair transportation is
available for physically challenged children.
Students who are identified as academically gifted or handicapped under
the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA) have the opportunity to
participate in Exceptioinal Educaton programs.
