The Naval Medical Clinic is conveniently located on board the
Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, MD. We offer family focused care
by a Primary Care Manager (PCM) of your choice. Healthcare available
at the Naval Medical Clinic includes Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Military
Medicine, Internal Medicine, Optometry, Mental Health, Physical Therapy, and
Health Promotion. Referrals are made to other area military medical
facilities as well as out into the community as needed.
There is a Dental
Clinic located at the Naval Medical Clinic that provides quality care for our
military members.
A Defense Enrollment Eligibility Registration Services
(DEERS) check is made for each patient who accesses care at Pax
River. Be sure that you are enrolled in DEERS. If you are
not enrolled contact Personnel Support Detachment (301-342-7296).
In
addition to the Naval Medical Clinic, each of the three counties in Southern
Maryland has a hospital with patient-focused programs and extensive
services.
