For pickup, members will need the following:
  (1) ID Card
  (2) PCS Orders
  (3) Power of Attorney (if applicable)
  (4) Title or Registration
  (5) Set of keys
  (6) Knowledge of safety/inspection requirements.
In US military members may ship one privately owned vehicle overseas at government expense, if allowed by country (some countries do not allow vehicle shipment).

Contact the TMO or PPO for restrictions and to set up appointment for shipment of vehicle.

Vehicle must be delivered to CONUS port for shipment prior to service member's departure.

Make sure the vehicle has 1/4 tank of gas or less and make sure anti-freeze has been added to cooling system.

Vehicle must meet any host nation emission control and safety standards before departure.

Any accessories not permanently attached to dashboard (cb radio, cd player, AM/FM radio etc.) must be removed from vehicle.

Items that can be shipped with vehicle include spare tire, small toolbox, jack, and jumper cables.

NO cleaning/polishing supplies, gas cans, flares allowed due to fire hazard.
