Personnel arriving with an exceptional family member should
contact the Branch Medical Clinic upon arrival. The EFM program is
designed to provide assistance to the children and adult dependents of eligible
military personnel.
Dependents who are emotionally, physically, mentally
challenged are provided treatment under this program. This assistance
may be in the line of counseling, special medical or educational assistance, and
financial assistance.
