employment assistance for both service members and spouses. Refer to

The WorkForce Center provides local, state, and
nationwide job listings and assistance. They also provide job
searches using multiple job banks, job seeking and career planning advice,
resume preparation and printing, labor market information, referral services,
aptitude and skills assessments, and training programs. All services
are provided free of charge to customers.
Professional Placement Network
(PPN) is a free, volunteer, self-help organization to assist unemployed &
under-employed job seekers in their search for employment through shared
resources and productive communications. Open to anyone who has
EITHER a 4 year college degree or 5 years of work experience in a professional
or technical career.
