Members with a special needs family member should be enrolled in the Special Needs Identification Program through the Life Skills Support Center.  This office maintains a listing of local and national resources.

The Omaha/Bellevue community offers numerous services for individuals with special needs.  The United Way will help in finding resources and support in the community.  Visit contacts/links for this topic to locate the United Way website.

Special Needs Children Arriving at Offutt AFB:
BRING COPIES OF ALL PAPERWORK:  
- Medical records
- School records
- Documentation of how child was tested (results are valid for 3 years from date of test)
- Copy of IEP
