Enrollment in the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is
mandatory for all Navy personnel who have family members with ongoing medical,
psychological and/or special education needs. For more information, please
contact the Information & Referral Specialist at the Fleet & Family
Support Centers or the EFMP Coordinators located at the local branch medical
clinics. EFMP applications are available at Naval Medical Center
Portsmouth, Branch Medical Clinics, Fleet & Family Support Center or online
at the EFMP Connections website.
