There are several easy ways to find out about part-time
employment whether you are active duty, a retiree, or a military family
member. The Career Development Resource Centers (CDRC) at Fleet and
Family Support Centers (FFSC) provide free job search resources for part-time
employment. Copies of the local want ads called the Career Connection
are available at each CDRC or visit the Career Connection's website and search
the part-time section using one of the CDRC computers with online
access. Part-time job announcements are also available in the Job
Lead Binders located in the CDRCs. Also check out the Hospitality
Section for part-time employment opportunities with Hampton Roads' many hotels,
resorts, and restaurants. Pick up a list of Staffing Agencies, who
can place you into part time jobs, at the CDRC. Always be sure the
company that hires you pays the Staffing Agency's fee. For more
