Family members will be seen at CAPT William L. McGonagle Branch Medical/Dental Clinic on a space available basis for overseas screenings ONLY. Dental emergencies occurring before enrollment in the Family Member Dental Plan will be referred to the NAVSTA Norfolk Dental Clinic.
