If you are the spouse of an active duty military member you may
be eligible for Military Spouse Preference (MSP). To be eligible you:
1) Must have been married to your military sponsor prior to reporting to the new
duty assignment; 2)Must have accompanied your military sponsor on a permanent
change of station (PCS) move; 3) The position for which you are applying must be
within commuting area of your sponsor's permanent duty station. For more
