A shelter for homeless families, battered women, and
children. We have ten scattered sites throughout Va. Beach. We empower families
to become self sufficient thorugh the many programs that we offer families in
shelter. We also offer an outreach center providing free legal services, crisis
intervention, and support groups for all victims of domestic violence, whether
or not they require shelter.
