Niagara and Erie Counties have many shopping malls
(and more within 25 miles of the base,) various department stores and a handful
of two major grocery store chains located throughout the city.
New York does
have a state and local sales tax structure. The taxe ranges between 7.5% and
8.75% depending on which county you make your purchase.
