Comments..................... :  This information is designed for military and civilian personnel authorized to ship POV'S at government expense.  It is based on entitlements found in the Joint Federal Travel Regulations, Vol.I for military and Vol.II, for civilian.  One POV owned by you or your dependent may be shipped at government expense.Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC)

Comments..................... :  Ensure your POV is in safe and operable condition when it is turned in at the port.  Failure to do so may be cause for the Terminal Commander to refuse your POV for shipment.

Vehicles should be delivered to the port prior to shipment.  An EPA waiver letter from your local transportation office is required before the emission control components are removed.
