There is no Family Advocacy Program at NAS JRB New Orleans,
however, there is a program at NSA in Algiers at the Naval Medical
Clinic.
The clinic receives reports of alleged spouse and child
maltreatment. Investigates circumstances and determines in
conjunction with professional case review sub-committees if maltreatment is
unsubstantiated or substantiated. Services offered are assessments,
treatment, referral and case management.
