Support for military youths comes from a variety of sources. The
Dolphin Community Center, the Fleet and Family Support Center, the Groton Youth
and Family Services, and numerous church youth groups are some of the
organizations which foster positive youth development.Human Resources Office,

Departments, the youth service agency in each community, and the Department of
Labor - Connecticut Works offer assistance. However, many of their
