THE COMMISSARY
The Commissary is located on the first floor of the Main Navy Exchange and Commissary complex. More than 11,000 different items cover the 20,000 square foot Commissary, which has 15 check-out lanes. Customers can save an average of 20-25 percent over commercial retail food stores and may gain additional savings through price reductions, coupons, and in-store sales events.
A valid military or dependent identification card is required to enter the Commissary.
THE NAVY EXCHANGE
Bldg. 484 houses the main mall, retail store, and uniform shop. Dry goods range from self-serve toiletries, tobacco products, candies, stationery, school supplies, magazines, and greeting cards to CDs, newly released Videos and DVDs. The Exchange also carries a fine selection of linens, area rugs, major appliances, furniture and light fixtures.
There are several "satellite" NEX facilities: Personalized Services and Florist, Optical Shop, Beauty Shop, Barber Shops, Gas Station/Mini Mart, Package Store, Redemption Center and Laundry/DryCleaning.
