The entitlement to ship one Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) is
limited to personnel in receipt of permanent change of station orders to, from,
or between places overseas; or upon official change in homeport of the vessel to
which you are assigned. The Personal Property Office will determine
your entitlement based on your PCS orders. The nearest Port of
Embarkation is the Vehicle Processing Center Harrison, New Jersey.
