The Primary Care Center provides comprehensive health care to all
active duty families. In order to establish a physician-patient relationship,
registered families or individuals are assigned to health care teams identified
by colors (Green, Gold, Blue, Purple, and White). These teams are composed of
nurses, nurse practitioners, general medical officers, internists,
pediatricians, and family physicians. When you or your family members need to be
seen, an appointment will usually be scheduled with one of your team's
clinicians. We feel that this arrangement not only gives you the
opportunity to get to know your clinicians, but it also allows us to become
familiar with your family's health care needs. On occasion,
clinicians on your team will be unavailable due to operational and other
commitments. If this occurs, you may be offered an appointment with a
clinician from another team or occasionally the situation may dictate your going
to Urgent Care. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION As described above, Primary Care
Center services are available to all active duty families. Coverage
may be expanded in the future to provide care for additional eligible
members. You may call 694-4100 to register for care in the Primary
Care Center.
