NEVADA DRIVERS LICENSE: You do not need a Nevada drivers license
if you are on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces and have a valid license in
your home state. If your spouse will be working in Nevada then he/she
will be required to get a Nevada drivers license. If they already
have a driver's license from another state, taking a written and vision test is
usually all that is required to get a Nevada License. Whether or not
the spouse will be working, it is advisable the spouse get a Nevada drivers
license as soon as possible. Nevada laws have recently changed
regarding teen's requirements...contact the local DMV for
information.
