If you need a list of off-base housing, call or send a request to
the Housing Referral Office stating your interest (i.e. 1,2,3,4 bedroom
apartment/house with a price range and the area or areas of
consideration. Please indicate if you plan to buy or
rent. The housing office will give you a computer print-out of all
available units at that time. Please check with the Housing Office first upon
arrival to the base. Check with Navy Housing Referrral Office for
information and Rental/Sales properties. You may also check the
Commercial Appeal classified section for rental and sale
property. Housing Referral and many real estate companies have
booklets with homes for sale. An Apartment Guide is included in the
Welcome Aboard Package.
The Memphis Board of Realtors, which serves all
of Shelby, Tipton and Fayette counties, has information about the different
realty companies. They will also mail the Homes For Sale magazine
upon request.
