PCS Reporting Procedures
All check-in procedures must be
conducted in the Uniform of the Day.
NAVY STAFF:
1) Arriving
during working hours should proceed to the respective command for reporting
endorsement and a general information brief from the PASS Liaison Representative
(PLR). Within three days of arriving their command, members will be required to
complete check-in procedures with PSD Memphis (Bldg S456). Records, original
orders containing reporting endorsement, and all receipts will be needed during
group check-in hours (0900 - 1000, Monday through Thursday (excluding
holidays))
2) Arriving after normal working hours shoudl proceed to
Security (Bldg S237) to obtain reporting endorsement on original orders, then
report to the respective command the following workday. Within three days of
arriving their command, members will be required to complete check-in procedures
with PSD Memphis (Bldg S456). Records, original orders containing reporting
endorsement, and all receipts will be needed during group check-in (0900 - 1000,
Monday through Thursday (excluding
holidays)).

Procedures
All separation/retirement procedures must be conducted in the
Uniform of the Day. It is highly recommended that you see your Command Career
Counselor (CCC) as soon as possible and complete pre-separation/pre-retirement
counseling and DD Form 2648. The CCC will schedule you for TAP class. PSD will
provide applicable forms and instructins necessary for completing the process.
