If you are planning on shipping your vehicle overseas you should
contact the Traffic Management Office for current information. You
will need to make sure you allot yourself enough time to drop off the vehicle
prior to your departure. The main agency to work with McGuire on
vehicle shipment is, Government Representative American Auto
Logistics/NJ Vehicle Processing Center Harrison (AAL-VPC), located about 1.5
hours from the base in Harrison, NJ.

contact information, hours of operation, procedures, and paperwork/documentation
required.
NOTE: AAL-VPC STRESSED THE
FOLLOWING:
The POV must be delivered with LESS THAN ONE FOURTH
(1/4) TANK OF FUEL. IF THE POV HAS MORE THAN 1/4 TANK OF FUEL, IT IS
THE OWNER'S (MILITARY MEMBER'S) RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE EXCESS FUEL DRAINED
BEFORE THE POV CAN BE ACCEPTED FOR SHIPMENT. Paperwork for POV-Out Bound
shipments begins at the McGuire TMO office, located in Passenger terminal
building (left side of entrance), 754-3011. TMO can provide
information on port options for POV shipments.
