Spouse employment assistance is available at the McConnell Airman
and Family Readiness Center. Appointments with the employment specialist,
classes, and access to computer resource room are offered. Spouses
can receive assistance with job search, resume and cover letter writing,
training/education/licensing needed for particular careers and practicing for
interviews. The employment specialist can also assist with completing
and submitting applications, networking, requesting unemployment benefits, and
using Military Spouse Employment Preference.
