Licensing for certain careers in another state does not
automatically qualify you for the same license in Washington
State. And many professions, like child care, nursing, teaching, real
estate, etc. require a state license. Make sure you bring all your
current state licenses with you when you PCS to McChord, and check with the
Washington State Department of Licensing Professional Licensing Services to see
how to obtain a Washington State license for you particular area of
interest.
