California state traffic laws apply on March ARB. Seat
belts are mandatory. State, local, and base officials can stop
vehicles suspected in non-compliance with the seat belt law. Child
seats/restraints are mandatory for children under 40 pounds and/or 4 years of
age. Helmets are required for cyclists and motorcyclists.
All
vehicles entering or leaving March ARB are subject to search.
