You will be covered by TRICARE (medical only) in the region you are presently in, while in route to Malmstrom AFB. After inprocessing you will need to stop by the Tricare office to let them know that you have arrived and need to re-enroll in this region. The 341 Medical Group is located at 7300 North Perimeter Road. The clinic has no Emergency Room or inpatient services. It is staffed with 3 flight surgeons, 4 family practice physicians, 1 physicians assistant, 2 physical therapist, 1 GYN nurse practitioner, 1 psychiatrist, 1 clinical psychologist, 3 social workers, and 1 family advocacy nurse. The clinic also has physicians who provide care under Resource Sharing. This is open to TRICARE eligible persons only and includes a podiatrist, orthopedic surgeon, ENT, and a pediatrician. All appointments begin at 0700 Mon-Fri. Uniforms are not required. In the event of an emergency, go directly to the Benefis East Emergency Room. There are no base ambulances to respond to emergency situations. Civilian ambulances will respond to calls.
