There are various employment opportunities available in the Great
Falls area. Individuals seeking employment will have the best results
if they utilize as many avenues as possible. The Career Focus Program
at the Family Support Center has resume, interviewing, and networking
workshops. You may register with the local Job Service for employment
opportunities and with various employment agencies around town. Make
sure that if using an employment agency, you are aware of any fees that might be
involved (some of these fees can be quite large, and some agencies may be
charging the employer the fee which in turn could be charged to
you). Please refer to the local yellow pages for a complete listing
of the employment agencies.
There are a variety of construction companies,
retail stores, etc. for individuals to seek employment.
However,
the best way to find out what is available is to watch the want ads, contact the
Family Support Center, and scan the yellow pages in the local telephone
book.
