The Family Support Center provides information to military members, civilians, and their families on employment and career planning. It includes current job listings from Florida area employers and other material to help job seekers find employment. Numerous books and videos covering a range of career-oriented topics are available. Clients can utilize the resource center's computers to write a resume, complete the federal resume or search the Internet. Family members and civilians can attend the TAP classes which include topics on resume writing, cover letters, interviewing, job search strategies, professional dress, and self-employment. Career and employment assessments are available on an individual basis. The Family Support Center maintains binders with hundreds of current job vacancies and a job market information board, which lists major employers, salary ranges, career trends, and much more.
