The Family Support Center staff can assist you in all areas of
your job search. We offer help in using the Internet for job
information, and we offer workshops and individual assistance for resume
writing, interview skills, and starting a small business. Military
and family members may use the Career Center to research job announcements,
write resumes, borrow resource books, and use the fax
machine.
Many of the companies are hiring through a temporary
agency or a staffing agency. This gives the company a chance to look
at you and by the same token a chance for you to look at the
company. Some temporary positions can last up to two
years. So if you need a job in a hurry, look at temp agencies.
