offered at Youth Services.
Kid Zone School: School Age Care
programs are bigger and better. We have many different activities
from arts and craft to games and special events for school aged
children. The children enjoy the clubs programs that are special
interest for youths such as lego club, sports clubs, sewing clubs, and even
gardening clubs just to name a few.
SAC programs offer a 1-15 adult to
student ratio, with 1-10 for field trips. Incuded is our Winter Break
Camp, Spring Break Camp and Summer Camp programs. Summer Camp
programs programs are an award-winning program that takes your child on a
journey every week throughout the summer months. Kid Zone has
openings for 147 youth, in both SAC and Camp Programs.
Youth
Services: Our Youth Sports Programs are the best! All
sports are geared for youth 5 through 18 years old, with specialty camps for 3
and 4 year olds. Youth Sports is a co-educational recreational sports
program for youth.
All youth that register will participate
and receive a t-shirt with team logo, as well as a trophy at the end of the
sport. Coaches and referees are volunteers and are certified by Youth
Services programs in training techniques, as well as first aid and child abuse
prevention and reporting. Background clearances are required for all
volunteers 12 and older.
Specialty camps are the newest addition to our
sports program. As we have been growing, our sports have boasted
200-300 youth per sport. We feel that camps especially for the little
ones would be a great introduction to the sport arena with no pressure from how
well the child does in the sport. Volunteer coaches and referees
needed for ALL SPORTS.
Teen Center: The Teen Center programs
are back in full swing with outstanding youth programs for teens from junior
high through high school. We are not just open recreation, we have a
full line of fun and adventure with NIKE sports leagues, leadership
clubs. Boys and girls clubs programming, and yes, the newest edition
of programming, the TEEN EXTREME PROGRAMS. After the teen center
closure and a very slow start in the previous year, the teen program has gone
from 0 youth to 62 youth a day! We hope to reach our goal of 100
before this summer hits!
NAS Lemoore Teen Center is a proud
affiliate of the National Boys and Girls Club of America and we are proud to
wear the Boys and Girls Club logo.
Tiny Tot Activity

years to 16 years. Classes offered are tumbling, ballet, and
tap. These are recreation classes for youth to develop beginning and
intermediate skills for each program offered. Classes are 6 weeks per
