then the Navy New Parent Support Program is a benefit available to
you. We provide information, resources referral, education and home
visiting services. Navy + Prenancy & Parenting = STRESS, STRESS
AND MORE STRESS! Service members and family members are put in
uniquely stressful situations, such as lengthy deployment and frequent moves,
often with limited support. Add the normal anxieties of pregnancy and
a new baby, and the stress can be overwhelming. Navy New Paretn
Support is designed to help you with your transition into
parenthood. Do you have concerns and questions, but aren't sure where
to turn for help? The Navy New Parent Program experienced Home
Visitors offer confidential assistance. We connect you with military
and community resources and give one-to-one support and
education. Expecting Moms - Pregnancy can be an exiciting, scary,
happy, confusing time - many women feel these emotions at some time - sometimes
at the same time! Navy New Parent Program staff are knowledgeable
about pregnancy, child birth, and postpartum. We also teach child
growth and development and parenting skills. We wish you a

may have some very special concerns - and need to make additional preparation
before your baby arrives. We can help you plan and be ready in time
