Assistance in finding employment Laughlin Air Force Base and in
the surrounding community can be obtained by contacting the Family Support
Center located in the Mission Support Squadron, Building 246, 427 Liberty Drive,
Room 301 or by calling 830-298-5620. Hours of operation are Monday
through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. A few of the services provided
include: resume, cover letter, and application assistance; interviewing tips;
job skills training and personal development workshops; career counseling;
comprehensive employment resource library with videos and books available for
checkout; and a computer resource room for resume/cover letter preparation and
job searches on the internet.
