Ocean County transportation guide available to residents
With the implementation of new bus routes and improved services, Ocean County has developed a new transit guide providing a comprehensive listing of commuter transportation services in and around the county.
The Transit Guide is available by calling the Transportation Department at (732) 736-8989, option 4.
The guide will be available at branches of the Ocean County Library, municipal buildings, health-care facilities, social services agencies and at the County Connection at the Ocean County Mall, Dover Township
This guide includes information on the county's newest bus routes. It also has information on how to reserve a ride, how to board the bus and read a timetable.
