The objective of the Family Support Center Readiness Program is to ensure that the the family member has the tools needed to manage in the absence of the active duty member.  This is done in collaboration with the Military Personnel Flight, the Legal Office, and other base offices.

The spouse component of readiness is called Hearts Apart.  It offers a monthly support group, individual support as needed, access to Give Parents a Break, and morale calls.  Morale calls are available once a week and are limited to 15 minutes per call.  Arrangements are made through the Readiness Officer at the Family Support Center.  There are video phones available for face-to-face contact.  Immediate family members of single active duty members may be eligible to make morale calls as well.
