The Dental Clinic is located in building #48, next to the
Outpatient Facility. Examinations for active duty personnel are
scheduled through their organization. Family members not enrolled in
the Dependent Dental Plan and retired military members will be seen on a space
available basis. Space available care is extremely
limited.
True dental emergencies (swelling, bleeding, trauma, or sudden
acute pain) will be seen at any time. However, specific times are
established to provide the most expeditious service and care. Family members of
active duty who are enrolled in the Dependent Dental Plan should see their
civilian dentist for emergency care. On weekends, holidays, or after
duty hours, active duty personnel should report to the Veterans Affairs Medical
Center Emergency room.
