The Kirtland AFB Education Office is the hub for 30  education and training programs.  Nine colleges and universities offer approximately thirty different undergraduate and graduate degree programs on base. Colleges and university on base are:  College of Sante Fe at Albuquerque, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, National American University, New Mexico State University, Parks College, Southern Illinois University, The University of New Mexico, University of Phoenix, and Webster University. A distance learning facility for satellite delivery of education and training classes is also available.  All programs, including professional guidance counseling, are open to active duty military, federal civilian employees, and family members.

The Education Office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 0800-1600 and Wednesday from 0800-1400.
