Full time care is provided for infants, toddlers, and preschool.
Weekly care is based on a priority basis (1) single/dual active duty, (2) active
duty working spouse, (3) retirees, (4) DOD. A waiting list is maintained
separately for different age groups: Infants, Pre-Toddlers, 2 year olds, 3 year
olds, and 4/5 year olds. Parents with children on the waiting list are obligated
to contact the Child Development Center at the beginning of each month to verify
the need for service. Failure to call and update information will result in the
child's name being removed from the list. The Military Child Care Act of 1989,
requires the Office of the Secretary of Defense to prescribe uniform fee
regulations for Military Child Development Centers Worldwide. Fees are based on
total family income and apply to all children attending on a regular
basis.
