The Navy's Spouse Employment Assistance Program counselor is available to offer employment assistance to military spouses only. By appointment, the counselor interviews the spouse to determine strengths and skills, and then attempts to match these skills to the employers needs. Associated workshops offered include Career Exploration, Self Directed Search, Federal Employment, Marketing Yourself, and Written Marketing Tools.
