The Navy's Exceptional Family Member (EFM) program reflects the concern and support for the active duty families with exceptional family members by ensuring assignment to areas where "special needs services" are available. If you are an active duty family new to the Jacksonville area, and you are enrolled in EFMP, please contact the EFMP Coordinator at the Naval Hospital upon arrival.
