The
Family Advocacy Program is designed to break the cycle of violence by
identifying it as early as possible. The Army policy is to treat
family members and soldiers affected by family violence.
Persons
concerned about their anger and conflict management skills are encouraged to
seek assistance through self-referral. Soldiers who seek treatment or
assistance may initiate the intervention process by voluntarily disclosing the
nature and extent of their problems to their Unit Commander or Family Advocacy
Program (FAP) at 352-5236.
