Army Emergency (AER) can provide financial assistance to meet
unforseen travel and related expenses such as transportation, lodging or food.
AER can also assist when applicable with any extraordinary costs involved with
permanent change of station(PCS). Army Emergency Relief (AER) provides financial
assistance to eligible soldiers and their dependents. AER can help
with emergency financial needs for food, rent, utilities and other
emergencies. AER loans are interest free.
