The Hickam Airman and Family Readiness Flight (FSC) Employment Assistance Program (EAP) provides information, assistance and training to jobseekers seeking part-time positions. This program enables clients to enter or re-enter the job market by providing direction on how and where to look for employment. The Joint Employment Management System (JEMS)
The JEMS is a joint military venture, funded by the Air Force, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Navy. They work with Hawai'i businesses to improve the quality of life for our military community by providing part-time, full-time and volunteer employment opportunities through the JEMS Job Bank.
In order to access the on-line JEMS Job Bank, you must attend the Looking for Employment in Hawai'i workshop, meet the eligibility requirements, and complete the necessary paperwork. Thereafter, the Family Support Center Employment Assistance Program will issue you a username and password.
