country. There are many organizations in the local community that
offer assistance to those with special educational or medical needs.
The
Minute Man Arc program is located close to Hanscom AFB and offers:case
management, educational, and recreational services for family members with
special needs.
The Massachusetts Bureau of Family and
Community Health has information about family and community support programs
that promote the well being of children and youth with special health care needs
and their families. Programs include: Care Coordination,special medical funds
