While in active duty status, all military personnel
are subject to the UCMJ and all other instructions/regulations pertaining to any
federal military facility(USC 10). All military and civilian
employees are subject to Indiana State Law while off station. State
traffic laws & regulations apply on Grissom. Seat belts are
mandatory on base. In Indiana seatbelts are mandatory in cars, but not
trucks. Child car seat/restraints are mandatory for children under
