House rents include townhomes, condominiums, and
duplexes. Usually the tenant is responsible for all
utilities. Most apartments include heat some do
not. Private sector low-income housing is scarce. Median
rental rates and utilities are estimates only and are subject to
change. Three and four bedroom homes for rent in the Great Lakes area
are also expensive as well as scarce.
