The Grand
Forks County Social Service Center and the Northeast Human Service Center always
work together for the the best interest of the child.Whether the child will best
protected in a safe protected environment of foster care or in the care in a
shelter. Foster parents are carefully chosen for their role as a care giver.
Many times the foster parent adopts their foster child, which is always a happy
time in the lives of many people.
