The free Georgia State funded Pre-K program is for
those parents who would like their children in a program fot 6 1/2 hours a day
for socialization and to attain readiness skills for
school.
PreKindergarten
Students must be four years old on or before
September 1, 2004.
Kindergarten (Students must be five years old on
or before September 1, 2004.)
-Georgia Certificate of Immunization (Form
3231)
-Georgia Certificate of Ear, Eye, and Dental Screening
-Social
Security Card
-Original Birth Certificate
-Proof of Residency
-Proof
of enrollment and attendance in an accredited school, plus school address must
be presented if registering during the 2004 - 2005 school year
