Your tags must be purchased at the tag/tax office of the county
in which you live. You must have current registration, and proof of
insurance. In cases of joint ownership, either both parties must be
present, or you'll be required to present a copy of the absent co-owner's
driver's license.
For new registration, you must have the
title and out of state registration (must show title#). If you just
purchased from dealer, documents must include the "title applied for
form". In cases of joint ownership all party must be present the
first time you register the vehicle.
In addition to meeting all the
requirements noted above, Military must also have a current end of the month LES
and Form 941 from SJA.
