The Directorate of Contracting (DOC) is the primary purchasing
activity supporting the installation; however, there are several other agencies
involved in specific categories of procurement on the installation. These are:
Directorate of Community Activities and Services (DCAS); Army Corps of Engineers
(COE); Defense Commissary Agency (DCA); Army and Air Force Exchange Service
(AAFES); and General Services Administration (GSA).
